Shipping & Delivery

Kohhra is a small business run by a single person, please go through this page for any questions regarding the Shipping and Delivery Process of Kohhra.

Shipping Dates

We typically ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays except on Public Holidays and just before long consecutive holidays. We want your order to reach you in the best condition, in a short time span, so we ship through reputed courier services only.

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges are calculated during checkout and added to your total automatically.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched once the payment is received at the earliest (according to the dates specified on the Product Page. Most orders are delivered in 7-10 working days barring any external circumstances. 

Orders are delivered to the Shipping Address mentioned by you at the time of checkout. 

Tracking Numbers are emailed to the customers once the package is shipped. 

Covid -19 Precautions

The products are packed by hand in safe and sanitary conditions, and delivered through reputed courier partners. Please wear masks at the time of collecting your packages take necessary precautions to quarantine/sanitise your package for your safety.

Shipping Damage Return/Exchange Policy

If the Package you received is damaged (visibly bent) please do not open it and send us an image of the unopened package to qualify for a refund or exchange.

In case the product which is received by you is damaged, we request you to lodge a complaint via email, with a video  of the damaged Product and and your Invoice No. within 4 days of receiving the Package. 

We will go through your request (in 1-2 working days) and get back to you as soon as its possible. 

If the Product is to be returned, please make sure it is returned in the condition you received it. Used products will not be eligible for Return.

Ineligibility for Return/Exchange

The product will be ineligible for the above in the following cases.

  • If the complaint is not lodged within the specified days.
  • If the Invoice No. is not provided. 
  • If the Product has been Used, Washed, or altered in anyway.
